What is dropshipping?
> Dropshipping is a business model where we sell products without having to manage inventory. When a customer places an order, we send the order directly to our supplier, who ships the product directly to the customer.
How can I track my order?
> Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.
How long does delivery take?
> Delivery times may vary between 7 and 20 working days depending on the chosen shipping option. Due to the origin of our products (mainly in Turkey or China), delivery times may be longer than for local purchases.
Can I return a product?
> We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original, unused condition. Please see our return policy for more details.
Are the products of good quality?
> We make sure to choose trusted suppliers with quality products. Each product is checked before being shipped. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we have a simple return policy.
Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
> If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, we will no longer be able to make changes.
